Ufanisi ICT Solutions and Research Burundi LTD seeking visionary and dynamic persons to join the Marketing and sales Department as Public relations Offices. This critical and innovative full-time position is based in Bujumbura, Burundi.


  1. Arranging press conferences and other public appearances
  2. Contributing to the annual sales, marketing and communication plan
  3. Creating and developing new innovative ways to increase africaner brand awareness to new customers of the company.
  4. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
  5. Organizing tours, visits, exhibitions and promotional events.                                                                       
  6. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary with customers
  7. Make product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
  8. Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
  9. Analyzes and creates a communication plan for engaging the targeted market
  10. Assembling and disseminating press releases, managing social Media’s accounts.                                                                              
  11. Working in tandem with a business's marketing, advertising and sales teams to ensure a cohesive message and writing content (and a lot of it) in the form of press releases, blogs, white papers, position papers and website material
  12. Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product

- Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills both English, French and Kirundi,

- Strong and confident communicator,

- The candidate must have a passion and demonstrated experience in now days web based management systems.

- Creativity and minimum of 2 years working Experience in the field of communication or marketing 

- Basic Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office, Web services and web products knowledge

- The candidate must have a proved experience in sales and marketing with great references

- The candidates should have not less than 24 years of age and not more than 30 years old.

- The candidate must have his own laptop for daily works
- The candidates must have been lived in Bujumbura for not less than 2years and is currently living in Bujumbura.
- The candidates should have academic qualification in Business Communication or related marketing studies (Not less than a degree level).
